I said to my husband, this week has been a simplified approach:
Small meals. Almonds, cheese, fruit, nuts, greens, and tea. Iced skinny mocha mid day if paralyzed by withdrawal from traditional self. Otherwise, avoid all processed food. 4 pounds gone in 4 days. Can't sustain -- that would slow metabolism. But big take away--reduced body pain everywhere. That inflammation-sugar-wheat scenario is real. At least for me. Asthma much Better. Must remember this. So i post myself free. In order to remember. Its what I have always done.
